Withdrawal right before delivery
You have the right to cancel the order, ie to cancel the transaction before receiving the ordered products. In this case, send a cancellation statement to [email protected], so that the price is refunded, if the products have not been delivered to the currier for delivery. The refund will be made by deposit in your account (in case of payment by bank or cash on delivery) or by refunding the amount to your credit / debit card. Necessary condition, to inform us via email at [email protected], about his account number (IBAN), the bank in which you maintain your account and the name of the beneficiary as it is written in the booklet. For security reasons, the beneficiary or co-beneficiary of the account number must be the same person as the one selected in the invoice information and indicated on the purchase receipt.
If the products have already been delivered to the courier, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products as below.
Change of products after delivery
If the choice of the product does not meet your expectations, the size does not make you if or if the product is defective, you have the right to request a change of the purchased product. In this case, you must inform us:

requesting the change of the product with another product of your choice, of the same or greater value.
The change or return must be made up to fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt to be accepted by our company.
All products that belong to the offers or discounts are not subject to change. In a period of discounts the return margin is set at ten (10) calendar days and concerns only changes in number, other changes will not be accepted.
The garment or accessory must not have been washed or worn further in the test. Product labels must not have been removed or damaged in any way. If it turns out that the garment or accessory has been used the change or return will not be accepted and will be refunded at the customer's expense.
The castor is not responsible in case of loss or destruction of the product during the return transport.
ATTENTION: The returned products must be in the condition sent by the castor and received by you, complete and without damage. Their packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product in excellent condition. If the product is received with damage or with incomplete packaging (without cards, labels, torn protectors, etc.) no refund will be possible. In this case the product will be returned to you at your own shipping cost.
Each such shipment must include the transaction document (receipt) and a return form. Fill in the above form, stating your order number, your name, the products you return, accompanied by the reason for the return (eg small size), as well as the products with which you want to replace the returned ones.
